The course

Bohusläns Bästa's course is about 22 km and stretches from picturesque Havstenssund to TanumStrand Spa & Resort just south of Grebbestad. In between, you run over meadows and granite cliffs, along the sea and through the dramatic Tjurpannan nature reserve. You run in pine and oak forests and meander through wild junipers. The surface is mostly easy to run, with the exception of some unpaved sections at Tjurpannan which are very technically challenging. The hilliness is moderate, even if you run large parts very close to the sea. Sprint to the finish line on the jetty outside TanumStrand Spa & Resort.

Here it is nature, with the sea in the highest seat, that rules. It's wild, free and absolutely fantastic!
